Depression & Anxiety

For many of us, it is very surprising when we are told that we have depression and anxiety. It’s sometimes so difficult to be recognized by our family or even by ourselves. For example, Melancholia depression is a chronic depression that you might have it for a long time while you still can move slowly, having your usual routines to some level and sleep for a few hours but often feel unpleasant, unoptimistic and tired especially in the morning.

You may identify yourself with these symptoms and you think they are part of you. Even if you are able to handle it at some level, it affects you physically and mentally. Lack of concentration and sleep, feeling guilty and fidgety are some of the impacts. Unfortunately, some people believe they are not smart enough to learn anything but in reality, it’s often caused by depression. Depression is very harmful and affects all family and people around. However, it’s treatable. Although exercise and good diet always count but it is not enough, and it is very important to get professional help for that.
